Responsibilities

• Conducting detailed analysis of business requirements and translating them into functional specifications.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and business growth.
• Creating data models, reports, and dashboards to assist in decision-making processes.
• Facilitating workshops and meetings to gather requirements and present findings.
• Assisting in the development of business cases and justifications for new projects.
• Supporting project management teams in the implementation of solutions.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4-8 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Experience in Banking domain
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau.
• Strong understanding of business process modeling and improvement methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
