Business Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst who can translate data into insights and insights into business decisions. This role plays a critical part in understanding business problems, analyzing processes, evaluating data, and supporting strategic initiatives across teams.

As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders across business, operations, product, finance, and leadership to identify opportunities, define requirements, and drive measurable outcomes. The role requires a balance of structured thinking, strong communication, and hands-on analytical execution.

Key Responsibilities

Business & Requirements Analysis

Work with stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and requirements

Gather, document, and validate business requirements, functional requirements, and user stories

Translate business needs into clear documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, and process flows

Support solution design by ensuring alignment between business goals and technical execution

Data Analysis & Insights

Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities

Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics

Support decision-making using data-driven insights and structured analysis

Perform ad-hoc analysis to answer strategic and operational questions

Process Improvement & Optimization

Map current-state and future-state business processes

Identify inefficiencies, gaps, and improvement opportunities

Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and performance

Support implementation and change management initiatives

Stakeholder Collaboration

Act as a bridge between business users, product teams, and technical teams

Facilitate discussions, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions

Ensure stakeholder alignment throughout project lifecycles

Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to leadership

Project & Delivery Support

Assist in project planning, scope definition, and prioritization

Track progress against requirements and success metrics

Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and post-implementation reviews

Ensure solutions deliver expected business value

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field

26 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Consulting role

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and data analysis techniques

Experience working with stakeholders across functions

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
