About the Role
Role: Business Analyst
As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving data-backed decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze the annual operational plan, business performance, and hiring progress, uncover insights, Improvise ATS, and translate complex data into actionable strategies. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to balance deep data work with big-picture thinking.
What You'll Own
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and share inputs
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and models to support key business decisions
- Partner with stakeholders across teams to understand business problems and translate them into analytical solutions
- Convert data insights into actionable plans with measurable impact and share with stakeholders
- Continuously improve processes, tools, ATS, and methodologies for better decision-making
- Take ownership of end-to-end analytics projects with a strong bias for action
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree (Tier-1 institutions such as IITs, NITs preferred but not mandatory)
- 4+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role
- High proficiency in MS Excel and SQL
- Strong experience in structuring and analyzing large datasets
- Ability to create clear, concise, and insightful reports and dashboards
- Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail, while maintaining a big-picture perspective
- Strong communication skills with experience in leading and coordinating business reviews
- Ability to translate data into actionable business insights and strategies
- Self-starter mindset with a strong bias for action and problem-solving
