Business Analyst - Lending

As a key member of the lending team at INDmoney, you will leverage your analytical capabilities, business understanding and creativity to drive impactful initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct deep dives into data to identify trends, anomalies, and drop-offs across funnels, translating findings into actionable improvements
• Own lead flow end-to-end, including all data flow charters, funnel conversions, and drive automation for manual processes in collaboration with the team
• Basic model building understanding for customer segmentation, propensity scoring, and lifecycle prediction to enable targeted, high-ROI growth interventions.
• Design, analyse, and improve experimentation frameworks; ensure statistical rigour across A/B tests and incrementality studies.
• Lead business reviews with both internal and with lending partners, backed by sharp data-driven insights.
• Partner closely with credit risk, product, engineering, legal, compliance, finance, and data science teams to ensure cross-functional alignment
• Collaborate with external stakeholders to drive business outcomes

Desired Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in a high-impact, fast-paced environment within financial services and lending.
• A strong data-driven, strategic mindset. Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with product analytics will be a plus.
• Deep understanding of the Indian lending ecosystem, including lending products, credit assessment, loan lifecycle, and the regulatory landscape
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across internal and external stakeholders, backed by effective negotiation ability
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas, strategies, and findings across technical and business stakeholders
• High ownership, bias for action, and comfort operating amid ambiguity
