Launch is looking for a computer science graduate who is currently working in an IT field as a Business Analyst to provide support for a high-volume, fast-paced organisation, and who has some knowledge of cloud computing. Shortlisted candidates will be working with Microsoft Azure capacity management team.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist with high-level customer escalations when needed, which will involve obtaining detailed and accurate information relating to the business impact of customers issues
• Document capacity needs as communicated by the client.
• Create reporting in Excel using data from existing Power BI views.
• Create content for PowerPoint presentations.
• Provide support on projects for management, including UAT testing and documentation of new features.
• IT infrastructure support or Cloud computing exposure is preferred.
