About the Team:

Regulatory & Compliance Technology function is part of Corporate Services Technology group and focused on delivering strategic platforms and solutions across Regulatory Reporting and Compliance domain, including U.S. Regulatory Reporting, KYC, AML, Sanctions, Transactions Screening etc.

Role Summary:

Business Analyst (KYC) is responsible for bridging business, compliance, and technology teams to deliver strategic KYC and regulatory platforms. The role requires strong domain expertise, experience operating in Agile environments, and ownership of end-to-end requirements lifecycle—from ideation to implementation and UAT.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis & Requirements Management

• Lead end-to-end requirements lifecycle including BRD, FRD, user stories, and functional specifications
• Translate regulatory and business requirements into clear, actionable deliverables
• Conduct stakeholder workshops, requirement elicitation sessions, and discussions
• Ensure traceability across business requirements, functional design, and delivery artifacts

KYC / Compliance Domain Delivery

• Drive initiatives across KYC, AML, Sanctions Screening, and Client Onboarding platforms
• Interpret regulatory requirements and ensure alignment with global compliance standards
• Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, and Technology teams to deliver robust solutions

Agile Delivery & Execution

• Work within an Agile operating model (Scrum / SAFe) to support iterative delivery
• Define and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog prioritization
• Partner with Product Owners and Engineering teams for sprint planning and execution

Testing & UAT Governance

• Define UAT strategy, test scenarios, and test cases aligned with business requirements
• Support execution of UAT cycles, defect management, and production readiness
• Ensure high quality and compliance of delivered solutions

Stakeholder & Change Management

• Engage with global stakeholders across Technology, Business, Compliance, and Operations
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams
• Drive change adoption and ensure business readiness for new implementations

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in BFSI or investment banking
• Strong expertise in: BRD, FRD, UAT, Agile delivery frameworks
• Requirements lifecycle management and stakeholder engagement
• Deep domain knowledge in:
• Investment Banking
• KYC / Client Onboarding
• AML & Sanctions Compliance
• Hands-on experience in Agile / Scrum delivery models
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant certifications preferred
