Business Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Business Analyst with 4–5 years of experience in the Banking domain, specifically in Risk & Compliance (GRC). The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging business needs with technology solutions, ensuring effective implementation and optimization of GRC processes.

Shift Timing: 01:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements; prepare BRD and FSD documents.
• Work extensively on GRC Foundation Library, Operational Risk Management, Risk Events Management, Issues Management, and Compliance Management.
• Design and develop use cases and test case scenarios to support business and QA teams.
• Conduct Compliance Testing, Control Setup, and manage Unified Control Library and Unified Compliance Framework.
• Support Operational Risk Management initiatives and ensure alignment with regulatory standards.
• Work with MetricStream GRC products such as ISM, Loss Events, Risk Assessment, etc.
• Perform system analysis and ensure smooth integration of business processes with GRC tools.
• Maintain effective communication with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Support Lead Business Analysts in strategic planning, and documentation reviews.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Banking domain.
• Should have worked on MetricStream GRC products for at least 2years.
• Strong understanding of Risk & Compliance (GRC) frameworks and tools.
• Proficiency in preparing BRD, FSD, and test documentation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks within the assigned shift.
