Role: Senior Manager Business Analyst (Infra & Real Estate Management)
Job Purpose:
Focus on automation of functions handling infrastructure, real estate and incident management platforms, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance through digital solutions.
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage business requirements for Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) for Asset, Space, Lease and property cost optimization or similar platform in CREM space.
- Oversee Servicenow/Salesforce based incident management tool for all complaints related to infrastructure, registered by bank users.
- Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve user experience across infra and facilities platforms.
- Ensure seamless integration of IWMS and incident management tools with enterprise systems.
- Develop dashboards and reporting for infra performance and cost control.
- Work with facilities, IT, and vendor teams to deliver platform enhancements.
- Ensure data security and compliance with organizational standards in infra-related platforms.
- Co-ordination with vendor, stakeholders, multiple units within Risk for approvals etc.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within timelines.
- Preferably knowledge of facilities and real estate management processes.
- Ready to adopt with Agile framework (scrum) and tools like Azure DevOps. Knowledge of scrum artefacts.
- Good understanding of software development concepts (APIs, database etc.)
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years in Business Analyst role, preference within Infra, Real Estate, or Facilities Management domains.
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
