the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Marketing Intelligence Unit (MIU). This role plays a strategic part in transforming refined data into meaningful business insights for key functions including CVM, Happy You, Smart Sell, and Marketing.
The ideal candidate will be skilled in interpreting complex data, identifying business opportunities, and translating analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Insights & Analysis
- Analyze refined marketing and customer datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Partner with CVM, Happy You, Smart Sell, and Marketing teams to develop insight-driven recommendations.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses for customer behavior, campaign performance, and product uptake.
2. Opportunity Briefs
- Translate analytical outcomes into formal Opportunity Briefs with clear articulation of:
- Business context
- Key insights
- Revenue potential
- Strategic recommendations
- Ensure briefs are structured, concise, and stakeholder-ready.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and align analytical output.
- Participate in discussions and workshops to present insights and influence decision-making.
4. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Support MIU in developing dashboards, trackers, and periodic insight reports.
- Continuously monitor key metrics and highlight business implications.
5. Strategic Support
- Support MIU's roadmap by identifying new insight themes, automation opportunities, and analytic governance improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Insights, Data Analytics, or similar roles.
- Strong skills in data interpretation, storytelling, and insight generation.
- Proficiency in analytical tools like SAS EG, Vaya, SQL, Power BI and Tableau.
- Ability to translate complex datasets into strategic viewpoints for non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Experience working with Marketing/CVM/CX analytics preferred.
