Key Responsibilitie
- sGather, document, and analyse business requirements related to distribution payouts, commission calculations, rewards, and hierarchy management
- .Liaise with stakeholders including business users, IT teams, and external partners to translate business needs into functional specifications
- .Develop and maintain process flows, user stories, and business cases for system enhancements and new features
- .Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation and timely delivery of system solutions
- .Perform gap analysis, impact assessment, and root cause analysis for existing and new systems or processes
- .Support UAT, training, and deployment activities, providing business and technical guidance as needed
- .Ensure compliance with regulatory and organisational standards in all system development activities

Required Skills & Qualificatio
- nsBachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferre
- d.Strong understanding of life insurance products and distribution channel
- s.Experience with commission, rewards, and hierarchy management systems in insurance or financial service
- s.Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skill
- s.Proficiency in process modelling tools, MS Office Suite, and requirement gathering technique
- s.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmen
- t.Knowledge of relevant regulatory guidelines and compliance standard
