For Business Analyst

Must Have

Bilingual fluency — Japanese (JLPT N2+) and English
3-6 (C)/ 6-9 (SC) years BA experience with full SDLC documentation (BRD, FSD, SRS) across Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
Insurance industry domain knowledge - Along with Policy Admin Management/ Claims Management expertise
Proficiency in Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps) and requirement/documentation platforms (Confluence, Visio, Tableau)

Good to Have

GenAI tools exposure for user story writing and requirements generation
Experience managing continuous scope changes using structured prioritisation techniques
Stakeholder liaison experience bridging business and technical teams in complex hybrid environments
Data visualisation or process modelling skills (Tableau, Visio) for delivery transparency dashboards
