Job Description:
The Business Analyst will be responsible for bridging the gap between stakeholders and technical teams by analyzing business needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring that the final product aligns with customer expectations. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to gather requirements, document processes, and translate business objectives into functional specifications. You will also be involved in validating solutions and supporting project management activities to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs.
- Develop process flows, use cases, and user stories to convey requirements clearly.
- Conduct data analysis to derive insights and support decision-making.
- Assist in testing and quality assurance to ensure that solutions meet the defined requirements.
- Provide training and support to users as necessary.
- Monitor project progress and report on project status to stakeholders.
- Continuously seek ways to improve processes and enhance service delivery.

Skills and Tools Required:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in requirement gathering and documentation.
- Familiarity with business process modeling techniques.
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar for project tracking and documentation.
- Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role is preferred.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to changing business environments and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
