Job Description

8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with Oracle ERPFusion HRMS and Finance modules. Gather and analyze business requirements by collaborating with stakeholders and preparing Business Requirement Documents BRDs for Oracle ERPFusion initiatives across HRMS and Finance. Participate in the RFP process by defining functional requirements, evaluating vendor solutions, and coordinating with stakeholders throughout the RFP lifecycle. Perform functional QAUAT testing, validate business requirements, and coordinate with business and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery. Experience in Third Party Integration With Oracle EBSFusion Application will be an added advantage
