Business Analyst

Support end-to-end delivery

of IT initiatives across banking systems, including payments (SWIFT),

clearing and settlement, and back-office applications.

Elicit, analyze, and document

business and functional requirements in collaboration with business and

IT stakeholders.

Translate business

requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories, and

solution documentation for technical teams.

Perform analysis of system

processes, data flows, and integration points across multiple

applications and platforms.

Perform technical analysis

and support issue investigation in collaboration with developers,

architects, and support teams.

Provide data analysis support

using SQL, including data extraction, validation, and reconciliation for

reporting, testing, and troubleshooting.

Support testing activities by

defining test scenarios, assisting with test execution, and coordinating

User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders.

Track and manage defects

during testing phases, ensuring timely resolution and clear

communication with stakeholders.

Support production support

activities, including monitoring of issues, initial incident analysis,

and coordination of resolution efforts.

Liaise with internal IT teams

and external vendors to resolve system issues and ensure effective

delivery of solutions.

Maintain high-quality

documentation, including functional specifications, system

documentation, and user guides.

Support business users during

testing, deployment, and post-implementation phases to ensure smooth

adoption of changes.

Ensure compliance with IT

governance, security policies, and change management processes defined

by the bank.

Coordinate with distributed

teams across multiple locations to ensure alignment, delivery progress,

and effective communication.

Identify opportunities for

process improvement and automation to enhance system efficiency and

operational performance.
