Join our team as a Business Analyst Intern. Responsibility:

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
• Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare detailed requirement specifications, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
• Collaborate with development and testing teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements.
• Assist in creating reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Perform data analysis to support decision-making processes.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings to understand project goals and challenges.
• Assist in tracking project progress and updating documentation.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools (e.g., SWOT, PESTLE, BPMN).
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with collaboration tools like Jira, Trello, or Confluence (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
