Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes, gather requirements, and identify improvement opportunities
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and actionable insights to support management decisions
• Assist in developing business cases, workflow diagrams, and use-case documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders and developers, to understand business needs
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis when required

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from Business, Analytics, Management, or related fields
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI or Tableau (preferred)
• Basic understanding of business analysis concepts, tools, and documentation practices
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
