We need someone who can think in business terms, understand context quickly, and use tools like PowerBI, Excel and AI solutions to solve problems. This is a 6-month remote internship with a meaningful monthly stipend and a performance-based completion bonus, designed for candidates who want hands-on exposure to GTM operations, CRM systems, sales analytics, and business reporting, and the opportunity to be considered for a full-time role based on performance, ownership, and value created during the internship
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and business reporting views
- Support data cleaning, validation, transformation, and reconciliation
- Create required data cuts, measures, calculated fields, and reporting logic
- Assist with customer mapping, migration checks, and data accuracy
- Convert stakeholder requirements into structured analysis and dashboards
- Use AI / automation tools to improve efficiency
- Document workflows, SOPs, and key reporting logic
Required Skills & Abilities
These are must-haves:
- Strong working knowledge of SQL, Python, and Power BI / similar BI tools
- Ability to fetch, clean, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources
- Experience creating or maintaining dashboards, measures, calculated fields, and reporting views
- Strong analytical and logical thinking with high attention to detail
- Comfortable working with large and messy datasets
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or a related analytical field
Preferred Skills
These are a plus, not mandatory:
- Working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Exposure to CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Basic understanding of business / GTM metrics like revenue, pipeline, conversion, and funnel stages
- Exposure to AI or automation tools such as ChatGPT, Zapier, Make, or similar
- Experience with process documentation, SOPs, or data dictionaries
