Role Overview:

We are looking for a Business Analyst Intern who can approach problems with a structured mindset and translate business needs into actionable insights. This role provides hands-on exposure to requirement analysis, business research, and solution design.

Key Responsibilities:

* Break down business problems into structured analytical components

* Gather, document, and interpret business requirements

* Analyze datasets and operational metrics to identify trends and gaps

* Prepare structured reports, presentations, and business summaries

* Map current workflows and identify inefficiencies or improvement areas

* Support development of data-backed recommendations

* Conduct market and competitor research to support strategy

* Collaborate with technical teams to align requirements with implementation

Required Qualifications:

* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field

* Strong analytical and logical thinking ability

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

* Basic understanding of data interpretation and reporting

* Good communication skills with ability to present ideas clearly

* Attention to detail and structured approach to problem-solving

* Ability to work independently in a remote setup

Preferred Skills:

* Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)

* Basic knowledge of SQL or data handling tools

* Exposure to case studies, consulting frameworks, or business projects

* Understanding of process mapping or workflow analysis
