Business Analyst Intern

As a Business Analyst Intern at Infintor Solutions, you will act as the critical bridge between complex business challenges and our advanced Odoo ERP solutions. This role is a fast-track opportunity to master functional consulting, requirement mapping, and digital transformation for a global clientele

We are looking for high-energy, analytical individuals to join our consulting team as Business Analyst Interns.

Stage 1: Product Familiarization & Functional Training (Month 1)

The first month is dedicated to intensive learning and proving your functional aptitude.

• Comprehensive Training: You will undergo functional training covering Sales, Purchase, Inventory, CRM, HRMS & Payroll, Finance, Manufacturing, and E-commerce.
• Learning Tools: Access to video tutorials, our internal e-learning platform, and hands-on module access.
• Content Development: To reinforce learning, you will create digital content including:
• Detailed Case Studies on ERP use cases.
• Video Walkthroughs and tutorials of key modules.
• Blog Articles highlighting business advantages of ERP features.
• Assessment: Evaluation is based on exam scores and internal interviews to measure your comprehension of the business logic.

Stage 2: Requirement Mapping & Client Engagement (Month 2)

In the second month, you will apply your knowledge to real-world business scenarios.

• Gap Analysis: Assist senior BAs in identifying the gap between standard software features and specific client needs.
• Documentation: Draft Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), User Stories, and Process Flowcharts.
• Mock Demonstrations: Showcase your ability to present functional solutions to internal stakeholders.
• Assessment: Evaluation based on the accuracy of documentation, lead-assist capabilities, and contribution to solution design.

Stage 3: Independent Solution Design & Performance Evaluation (Month 3)

The final month focuses on independent execution and readiness for a permanent role.

• UAT & Testing: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions and verify that the system meets the agreed-upon business scope.
• Prototyping: Independently configure workflows within the ERP to solve specific business problems.
• Performance Review: Final evaluation based on problem-solving skills, independence in handling modules, and overall project contribution.

Stipend & Career Growth

• Month 1: This is a training and assessment phase. No stipend or compensation is provided for the first month.
• Month 2 & 3: Upon successful and exceptional completion of the first stage, candidates will be eligible for a stipend of 10,000 INR per month.
• Career Opportunity: Outstanding interns will be considered for Permanent Positions within Infintor Solutions. We believe that for the right resource, salary is not a constraint, and compensation will be aligned with company policy and exceptional performance.

Requirements

• Education: MBA, B.Tech, or a Degree in Business/Finance/Information Systems.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to break down complex business processes into logical workflows.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills (mandatory for international client documentation).
• Technical Interest: A strong interest in ERP systems (Odoo), digital transformation, and business consulting.

• In the event that a candidate's performance is deemed unsatisfactory during the training or internship period, their engagement will be discontinued immediately. In such cases, no compensation will be provided.
