Inficore Soft is looking for a Business Analyst Intern who can bridge the gap between data and business decisions. This role offers hands-on exposure to analyzing business processes, understanding requirements, and delivering insights that support strategic planning and operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement

Gather, document, and validate business requirements

Work with datasets to derive insights for decision-making

Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders

Collaborate with technical and business teams to align solutions

Assist in developing process improvements and business strategies

Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Maintain documentation of workflows, reports, and findings

Required Skills

Basic understanding of business analysis and data interpretation

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets

Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus

Basic understanding of SQL or data handling is an advantage

Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Attention to detail and structured thinking

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Students or recent graduates from Business, Management, IT, or related fields
