Requirements
1. Data Mining & Lead Generation (60–70%)
- Research and build targeted lead lists for:
- Digital marketing agencies (USA, UK, Australia)
- Local service businesses (dentists, roofing companies, etc.)
- Extract and organize key information:
- Company name
- Website
- Email address
- Contact person
- Location
- Use LinkedIn, business directories, and web research for data collection
- Maintain structured databases in Google Sheets / Excel
2. Data Cleaning & Quality Management (15–20%)
- Remove duplicate and incorrect entries
- Verify email addresses using validation tools
- Maintain accurate segmentation of leads
- Ensure consistency and quality across datasets
3. Campaign Tracking & Reporting (10–15%)
- Update lead and outreach status regularly
- Track campaign performance metrics:
- Open rates
- Reply rates
- Bounce rates
- Prepare weekly outreach and performance reports
4. Basic Analysis & Insights (10–15%)
- Analyze response patterns and industry performance
- Support audience segmentation for better targeting
- Assist in comparing campaign performance across different categories
Daily / Weekly Deliverables
- Research 80–120 leads per day
- Add 50–80 verified leads to the database daily
- Maintain and update campaign tracking sheets regularly
