Business Analyst Intern Founder s Office

You will work directly with the founder on research, analysis, planning and follow-through. Your job is to turn information into clear recommendations, and then make sure the agreed work gets done.

• Research markets, competitors and target clients in the medical device and MedTech space.

• Build and maintain trackers, dashboards and reports on the pipeline, projects and business performance.

• Analyse data and prepare short, clear notes and presentations for the founder.

• Support pricing, proposals and planning for new client engagements.

• Follow up with the team on priorities and keep projects on schedule.

• Use Excel and AI tools daily to work faster and more accurately.

• An extrovert who is confident and enjoys talking to new people and building relationships.

• Prior experience in a role that involves talking to people, such as business development, client relations or outreach. This is essential.

• Interest in business analysis and strategy, with strong Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint skills.

• Clear, short and well-structured writing.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.

A prior internship or project in business analysis, strategy, consulting or a startup.

Candidates who are not comfortable talking to new people or communicating regularly should not apply, as this is a business development role.

This is a 6-month internship, working from our office in Balewadi, Pune. Based on performance, it can lead to a full-time role.
