Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Analyst Intern role based in New Delhi. As a Business Analyst Intern, you will engage in activities like analyzing business requirements, identifying business processes, and assisting in the creation of scalable solutions. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to gather insights, document business outcomes, and communicate recommendations effectively. Your role will require active problem-solving, communication, and supporting the decision-making processes for workflows and strategic planning.

Responsibilities:

Support in increasing the operational performance of the Study Abroad Department.

Analyze data for anomalies, trends and opportunities for improvement in the team

operations.

Drive systems development and operations process improvements.

Focus on the demand & supply side of the operations.

Working with stakeholders: inter and intra teams.

Complete day to day operational tasks which includes work on in-house tools and CRMs.

Any other task assigned by the Manager.

Qualification & Skills Required:

Graduate in any discipline.

Knowledge of data analysis.

Enthusiastic and result oriented.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong multitasking and time management skills.

Knowledge of Advanced Excel is a must.
