Role Description:
The Business Analyst (BA) plays a key role in analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing solutions that align with the company's strategic goals. The BA will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, document business processes, and translate them into actionable insights and plans. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively across various levels of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and gather detailed requirements.
- Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to elicit and document business processes and system requirements.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.
- Business Process Analysis:
- Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Map and document business workflows, identifying key inputs, outputs, and stakeholders.
- Recommend changes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance performance.
- Solution Design:
- Work with technical teams to design solutions that meet business needs and align with overall strategy.
- Develop use cases, user stories, and process models to support solution design and development.
- Assist in the creation of prototypes and mockups to visualize solutions before implementation.
- Project Support:
- Provide ongoing support during the implementation of new processes and systems, ensuring they meet business requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers to track progress and resolve any issues that arise.
- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that deliverables meet the expected outcomes.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as a liaison between business units, technical teams, and external vendors.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and management.
- Facilitate meetings and presentations to ensure alignment and buy-in from all stakeholders.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform decision-making.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track project success.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic planning and business initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree (CS or IT or Similar to our need). An MBA or relevant certification in private.
Experience:
- 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role (Domain : Online Products & Service, Software Automation Service ).
- Experience working on business process improvement projects or software implementation projects.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SWOT analysis, process modeling, requirements elicitation).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
- Experience with data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI) is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in online education or a similar sales field.
- Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or other business management software.
