Role Summary
We are looking for a Business Analyst with 15 years of experience working on ServiceNow or similar ITSM / enterprise workflow platforms. The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to capture and document requirements, support platform configuration initiatives, and assist in delivering digital workflow solutions aligned with business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business and functional requirements for ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Change, Request, and CMDB.
- Conduct stakeholder discussions and translate business needs into user stories and requirement specifications.
- Assist in process mapping, workflow documentation, and requirement analysis.
- Support configuration discussions with ServiceNow developers and architects.
- Participate in UAT coordination, defect tracking, and release validation.
- Assist in preparing solution documentation, knowledge articles, and training materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for ITSM processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 13 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Exposure to ServiceNow platform or similar ITSM tools.
- Good understanding of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management).
- Experience in requirement documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories).
- Understanding of SDLC / Agile delivery models.
- Strong stakeholder communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Basic understanding of workflow automation and digital transformation initiatives is preferred.
Good to Have
- ServiceNow CSA certification or ITIL Foundation certification.
- Experience working with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CMDB, or Service Catalog.
- Exposure to Agile tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
