BA Analyst-Cloud Migration

Senior Business Analyst Proven experience working with IT Target Operating Models (TOMs), including designing, assessing, and optimising operating structures. Demonstrated ability to define and facilitate decision-making processes that guide the transition from Current Operating Models to Future State Operating Models. Strong process mapping expertise, with the ability to document, analyse, and improve end-to-end processes. Advanced visual diagramming skills(e.g., using Visio, Miro, Lucidchart) to communicate complex technical and operational concepts clearly. Excellent stakeholder management, able to drive alignment, secure decisions, and manage competing priorities. Solid data analysis capability, including data cleaning, shaping, and combining datasets to produce meaningful MI and MI dashboards. A proactive self-starter, comfortable operating independently and taking ownership of deliverables. Strong understanding of risk management, contributing to risk identification, assessment, and the design of effective risk controls. Preferred Experience Hands-on experience with data centre migrations, particularly from on-premise environments to AWS Cloud. Background in on-prem infrastructure and AWS cloud infrastructure, with the ability to understand technical dependencies and constraints. Experience delivering people, process, technology, and culture change within IT Change and Run teams, ideally within complex or regulated environments.
