Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 9+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/Associate Business Analyst.
- Strong expertise in requirement elicitation, documentation, and process analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, SQL basics, data analytics, and visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).
- Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience working with CRM/ERP systems or enterprise applications.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma, BPM (Business Process Modeling), or process re-engineering.
- Experience in end-to-end implementations, system migrations, or digital transformation projects.
- Familiarity with API concepts, integrations, and cloud-based solutions.
