We are looking for an experienced and proactive Business Analyst to join our growing team!

Experience: 5–7 Years

Domain: Banking / Financial Services Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements

• Create BRD, FSD, process flow diagrams, and data definitions

• Translate business workflows into user stories and functional specifications

• Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams

• Support UAT activities and business process improvements

• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions

Required Skills:

Strong experience with Microsoft SharePoint Online

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Planner / M365 Tools

Knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)

Excellent requirement gathering and documentation skills

Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities

Analytical and problem-solving mindset

Preferred Skills:

Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)

Document Management Systems (RDMS, Archival Systems)

Banking Domain Knowledge

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, or a related field.
