Job Description

• Job Overview :

  The role involves new implementation under strategic initiative which shall enable new feature/ functionalities and ensuring adoption under production by collaborating with stakeholders such as business or IT partners (exposure on Lending domain must).

• Key Responsibilities

1. Orchestrate/ monitor/ review implementation plan end to end to ensure stable & timely closure of planned events/ tasks.
2. Enable and support new feature/ functionalities
3. Understanding/ design/ review study system flows/ processes with respective stakeholders
4. Deploy/ roll-out/ install/ configure releases
5. Track/ monitor incidents & validating RCAs
6. Track/ monitor application health/ performance
7. Strategies/ support to analyse, troubleshoot and diagnose SIT/ UAT/ production observations
8. Manage troubleshooting and support documentation for knowledge management

• Qualifications & Experience

1. B. Tech / BE or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, or related field
2. Experience or exposure to the Lending domain is mandatory

  1. Domain & Application Knowledge
     • Good understanding of FinnOne LOS / LMS / Collections modules
  2. Technical Skills (Hands-on)
     • PL/SQL
     • Python
     • MySQL
     • Application & Server Knowledge : WebLogic / Tomcat / JBoss
