We're looking for a Business Analyst to join our Product & Strategy team. You'll bridge business needs and tech solutions by driving requirement analysis, client communication, proposal building, and competitive research for SaaS and HR Tech products.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements (BRD, FRD, user stories)
- Coordinate and summarize client/internal meetings
- Conduct competitive and market analysis for product benchmarking
- Support proposal and RFP documentation
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams for delivery
