Job Title: Business Analytics Analyst

Your Mission

The Artificial Intelligence & Data Analytics (AIDA) team at Stellantis is building a best-in-class analytics program to support the Software Group's ambitious goals. As a Business Analytics Analyst, your mission is to deliver data-driven insights that improve business performance, optimize customer engagement, and drive efficiency and revenue growth. You will collaborate with business teams, product leaders, and data professionals to analyze key metrics, provide actionable recommendations, and support the success of Stellantis software products and subscription services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor key metrics (e.g., churn, acquisition, retention, revenue) to identify trends, and diagnose challenges to improve outcomes.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover business opportunities and risks.
• Identify process optimization opportunities and drive operational improvements.
• Deliver insightful outputs to stakeholders, translating data into measurable business actions.
• Partner with analytics engineering to refine data models per governance standards.
• Support predictive and prescriptive analytics initiatives in partnership with data science.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytics with strategic goals.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by validating sources and methodologies.
• Provide training and support to promote widespread adoption of data-driven insights.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in business analytics or a data-focused role.
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools, plus experience with data visualization (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).
• Experience working with large datasets and applying statistical analysis techniques.
• Familiarity with notebook-based workflows (Jupyter, Databricks) is a plus.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to translate data into actionable insights.
• Professional English is required (must have)
• A collaborative, open-minded team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, passionate, and human-first approach to problem-solving.
• Passion for automotive software and subscription-based business models.
