Overview
As a Technical Business Analyst, you will contribute to speeding up requirement gathering, documentation and approval cycles. You will help manage scope of development in products and projects by liaising with development teams, business stakeholders and product owners. You will report to the Technical Product Owner.
Responsibilities
- Document UI and backend user stories by leading discussions with product management, development and UX research teams
- Liaison between UX team, product/ business team, and development to steer conversations on UX designs.
- Create process and data flow diagrams in collaboration with solutions architects/ dev leads.
- Document and maintain product solution architecture content on DevDocs.
- Document roles, rights, and security aspect of an application
- Clarify ambiguous requirements and align technical feasibility to requirements.
- In collaboration with scrum master, optimize stories for sprints in Azure DevOps or similar agile development software.
- Maintain requirement integrity during QA/testing cycles by collaborating with QA team.
Qualifications
- Experience required 2-5 years.
- A database schema at a designer level and be able to write SQL queries to analyze data RESTful API request/response, JSON structures, with purpose of documenting it (does not have to code)
- Client and backend software components (do not have to code)
- Knowledge of sprints and agile development software's such as Azure DevOps/ JIRA etc.
- BRDs, user stories and acceptance criteria for both UI and backend (DB, API) components Testing plan and system integration testing
