Key Responsibilities
Process & Data Analysis
- Identify business process gaps and help scale client systems to address them.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative data analysis using SQL and other tools.
- Analyze complex business problems and recommend solutions via change management or system automation.
- Generate charts and reports to track metrics and KPIs on a monthly or quarterly basis.
Operational Support & Documentation
- Work with stakeholders, including 3rd party representatives, to troubleshoot and resolve business system issues.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to improve, automate, and align business data with current processes.
- Curate and maintain support documentation and runbooks, including self-help articles, macros, training materials, support flows, and other related documents.
Collaboration & Communication
- Support the team in managing information and dashboards relevant to business operations.
- Maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate findings, updates, and recommendations clearly through written and verbal methods.
