This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Analyst located in Duliajan. The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and defining business requirements, improving business processes, and delivering actionable insights. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, streamline workflows, and ensure projects align with organizational goals. The role requires translating business needs into meaningful documentation and solutions to support strategic decision-making.

• Proficiency in Analytical Skills to assess data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
• Proven expertise in Business Analysis and defining Business Requirements for enterprise solutions.
• Strong Communication skills to effectively liaise with teams, stakeholders, and decision-makers.
• Experience in streamlining Business Processes and improving operational efficiency.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment with a focus on achieving business objectives.
• Proficiency in business software tools and data visualization platforms is advantageous.
• Familiarity with EHS, ESG, and sustainability principles is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
