Business Analyst-IBMB

We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong experience in Consumer Banking Applications to drive requirement gathering, process improvement, and solution delivery across banking technology initiatives.

Location: Jaipur (Onsite)

Experience: 5+ Years

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Create User Stories, BRDs, FRDs, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Facilitate business process re-engineering and process improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technology teams to deliver solutions.
• Ensure requirements are clearly communicated and translated into technical specifications.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project updates.
• Support UAT, issue resolution, and project implementation activities.
  
  

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Mandatory experience in Consumer Banking Applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and business analysis.
• Ability to work in Agile environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.
  
  

Preferred:

• Experience in Banking, FinTech, or Digital Banking projects.
• Exposure to digital channels, lending, payments, deposits, or retail banking products.
