Job Summary
Seeking a Business Analyst with expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), and AWS IAM. The role requires requirement gathering, testing, and stakeholder management, with hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow (SNOW) processes for request management, approvals, and IAM workflows. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs and technical solutions to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient cloud identity operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with business units and technical teams to gather, document, and analyze requirements related to IAM, Azure AD, and AWS IAM solutions.
- Testing & UAT Support: Assist in test planning, execution, and validation of IAM and cloud identity solutions; support UAT and rollout activities.
- IAM & Cloud Support: Define user roles, access policies, and compliance controls; support implementations of SSO, MFA, and RBAC.
- ServiceNow (SNOW) Process Management: Manage IAM workflows, access requests, approvals, and tickets using ServiceNow.
- Stakeholder Communication: Prepare reports, dashboards, and business communications; coordinate with cross-functional teams including IT, security, and business stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and assist in implementing best practices for IAM and cloud identity management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IAM, Azure AD, and AWS environments.
- Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow (SNOW) processes and ticketing workflows.
- Strong skills in requirement gathering, documentation, testing, and stakeholder management.
- Understanding of IAM concepts: SSO, MFA, RBAC, provisioning/de-provisioning.
- Experience working with cloud environments (Azure and AWS).
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks: ISO, SOC, GDPR.
- Experience with reporting and BI tools (Power BI, Excel).
- Prior experience in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
