About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Business Analyst who can drive business and product initiatives from concept to execution. This role requires someone who can work closely with product, engineering, operations, and growth teams to solve business challenges, improve processes, and deliver measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage product or business initiatives from planning to implementation.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Operations, and Marketing.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business performance evaluations.
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity to improve productivity and decision-making.
• Run experiments and analyze results to optimize pricing, user experience, and business performance.
• Work with data using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to generate insights and support decision-making.
• Create dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
• Automate workflows and improve operational efficiency using technology and AI-driven solutions.
• Support rapid product development and continuous process improvement.

Required Skills

• 3–6 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Analysis, Strategy, or related roles.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis.
• Working knowledge of Python for automation and data handling.
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Excel, reporting, and business intelligence tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in travel, mobility, marketplace, or similar industries.
• Exposure to digital marketing, growth analytics, or product analytics.
• Experience working in startup environments.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools and workflows.
