We are hiring a Business Analyst HRIS Reporting/Oracle for a leading insurance company. The ideal candidate will act as a primary contact for Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and Oracle HCM Analytics, supporting HR leaders with data-driven insights, reports, and dashboards to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
HRIS Reporting & Analytics
- Act as the primary point of contact for Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and Oracle HCM Analytics.
- Consult with internal stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and develop reports and dashboards in OAC and OTBI.
- Lead the reporting function for core HR projects and compliance initiatives.
Data Integrity & Strategic Analysis
- Perform data integrity analysis, identifying opportunities for improvement and tracking HR trends.
- Surface insights related to HR compliance, workforce planning, and strategic decision-making.
- Conduct first-level issue analysis, ensuring reports align with business and customer requirements.
Technical & Functional Support
- Develop and translate business requirements for technical developers.
- Train and educate users on reporting functionalities and process improvements.
- Maintain and enhance dashboards to track key HR performance indicators.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Oracle HCM Analytics, and OTBI.
- Expertise in HRIS reporting, workforce analytics, and compliance tracking.
- Ability to perform data validation, issue analysis, and dashboard development.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and user training.
- Experience in HR systems, reporting processes, and strategic HR data analysis.
