About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our expanding team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders, product managers, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear, actionable specifications. Your expertise will ensure that projects are delivered successfully, aligning with business goals and technical feasibility. Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong proficiency in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and documentation.
- Excellent understanding of business process modeling, gap analysis, and impact assessment.
- Hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Proficiency in creating Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, and workflow diagrams.
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, and Excel.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile certifications are a plus.
- Experience with data-driven projects or working within a technology-focused environment is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand, gather, and document detailed requirements for various projects and initiatives.
- Translate business needs into comprehensive functional and technical specifications to guide development and testing teams.
- Collaborate closely with development, quality assurance, and product teams to ensure the accurate implementation of business requirements.
- Conduct thorough gap analysis, process mapping, and impact assessments to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, execution, and defect resolution to ensure deliverables meet business expectations.
- Prepare and maintain key project documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and workflow diagrams.
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, facilitating effective communication and understanding.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other Agile ceremonies to ensure project alignment and progress.
- Assist in identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies for project success.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and process improvement methodologies to enhance project outcomes.
