Role Description

This is a part-time, remote role for a Business Analyst specializing in Healthcare. The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, defining business processes, and supporting the implementation of innovative solutions. Additional responsibilities include bridging communication between stakeholders, preparing documentation, and ensuring alignment of deliverables with organizational goals.

***NOTE -It is part time Remote role with daily 1 to 2 hrs work required India time evening. Only apply if you are fine with this.

Salary - 20k per month.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years Business Analyst specializing in Healthcare.
• Healthcare Business Analysts - with Agile/Safe-Agile Business analysis experience.
• FHIR, HL7 data analyst and interoperability experience.
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and identify key insights
• Proficiency in Business Analysis, including the ability to gather and document requirements
• Expertise in Business Process improvement and optimization
• Excellent Communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders
• Understanding of the healthcare industry and related regulations is a plus
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
