The Role will be responsible for supporting the Marketing and Sales organization with relevant data and analytics to facilitate decision-making.
The longer-term vision for this profile is to ultimately support a wide variety of reporting
& presentation needs including building data templates from scratch, initiating value adds and providing insights by developing a strong category & trade knowledge. This role encompasses data mining from multiple sources/tools to data harmonization to visualization combined with robust quality audit and documentation.
Master and own the monthly deliverables in the form of reports & presentations and send quality output in a timely manner
Develop business, product category and trade related knowledge and leverage the same to help build valuable, crisp reports from scratch
Understand the data-pools and coordinate with relevant functions to collect business-related information.
Build templates with dynamic dashboards and visuals and upgrade products/markets/time frames as per business requirements
Upgrade monthly deliverables based on business requirements, ideate complex fixes and create functional, efficient and useful reports
Work alongside of peers, drive best practices and elevate the team's ability to tackle business questions with value adds
Understand patterns/ trends from the data and highlight the same for review, should not be a mere data gatherer
Facilitate setting up a complete end-to-end process and cycle starting from data collection, analytics to reporting
Project Management handle multiple tasks skilfully by setting the right priorities and adhere to delivery timelines
Zoho CRM & Analytics Developer Sales Focus: Responsible for developing and customizing Zoho Creator apps to support sales operations, automating CRM workflows with Deluge scripting, integrating third-party sales tools via APIs, and creating performance dashboards in Zoho Analytics. Must have strong knowledge of Deluge, APIs, SQL, and sales data reporting.
Who We Are Looking For
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science (MBA preferred).
2-4 years of experience working as a Business Analyst or similar role preferably in a Sales & Marketing set-up
Functional Skills
Advanced level of expertise in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, SQL
Strong working knowledge of Power BI, ability to create Dashboards
Familiarity with CRM Solutions like Salesforce/Hubspot/MS Dynamics 365
Basic understanding of Big Data Tools (Apache Hadoop, etc) is preferred, not mandated
