Business Analyst Job Description
About the Company
Provides hardware and software traceability solutions for 1500+ warehouses and factories across India. Works with large enterprises across multiple industriestracking everything from fruits and vegetables to copper and aluminum.
The Role
We're hiring a Business Analyst to be the bridge between our customers and our solutions team. You'll be the consistent face of the company for our customersunderstanding their operational challenges, translating them into clear requirements, leading pilots, and guiding successful rollouts.
This role is perfect for someone with deep operational knowledge in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing who can speak the customer's language and ensure our solutions truly solve their problems.
What You'll Work On
- Working closely with sales teams to understand customer requirements and pain points
- Conducting detailed discovery sessions with customers to map their operational workflows
- Documenting customer challenges and converting them into actionable specifications for our solutions team
- Leading pilot deployments and gathering feedback to refine the solution
- Guiding rollout and delivery phases, ensuring smooth implementation
- Being the primary point of contact for customers throughout their journey
- Creating detailed business requirement documents, process flows, and user stories
- Analyzing customer data and operations to identify opportunities for improvement
- Training customer teams and driving platform adoption
Experience Required
35 years of professional experience in operations, business analysis, or consulting roles
We Strongly Prefer
- Background in Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory Management, or Manufacturing
- Experience working directly with warehouse or factory operations
- Those who understand ground realities of Indian manufacturing and distribution
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles or solution consulting

Nice To Have
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Zoho, ERPNext)
- Knowledge of warehouse management or inventory systems
- Prior experience in SaaS or B2B technology companies
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- SQL or basic data analysis skills
- Experience creating process documentation and flowcharts
Work Requirements
- Full-time, in-office in Bangalore (Richmond Road)
- Regular travel required (3040%) to customer sites across India
