Key Responsibilities
Analyze and interpret insurance-related data, including policy and claims information, to support data
ingestion and transformation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into documentation and
data mapping.
Develop and maintain data mapping documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Create and manage process flow diagrams to visualize business operations and identify areas for
improvement.
Perform quality assurance testing to validate data integrity and system functionality.
Write and execute basic Python scripts for data manipulation and automation tasks.
Use SQL to query databases and extract relevant data for analysis.
Leverage Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in the insurance industry with an understanding of policy and claims data.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel.
Experience with quality assurance processes and tools.
Ability to read and write basic Python scripts.
Familiarity with data mapping and documentation practices.
Skilled in creating process-related diagrams.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
