Inviting the applications for the role of CNI Quality Checker- Sr Associate/Business Analyst/Assistant Manager/Manager
In this role as a Quality Checker (QC), you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of Complex Non-Individual KYC processes and documentation. You will review and audit KYC cases completed by the Maker to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. The role supports the bank's obligation to identify, assess and monitor files of complex non individual customers.
Responsibilities
As part of the Quality Checker team, you will be responsible for:
Perform quality assurance reviews of KYC documentation, customer due diligence processes in line with established quality frameworks and agreed SLAs
Identify, escalate, and report discrepancies or issues to Team Leads and/or relevant client stakeholders
Ensure full compliance with the applicable regulatory and internal policy requirements
Provide constructive feedback and actionable recommendations to support continuous process improvement
Collaborate closely with KYC and AML teams to maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and compliance
Support the training and mentoring of new team members on quality standards and regulatory expectations
Document review findings thoroughly, including details of audits, data reviewed, rationale for conclusions, and supporting evidence
Maintain a strong focus on the quality and effectiveness of investigations while ensuring timely completion of assigned reviews
Contribute to continuous improvement of KYC processes and controls
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
Relevant year of experience as a QC with an overall relevant years of experience in end-to-end KYC
Strong exposure to corporate clients (CIB, wholesale, or commercial banking)
Relevant QC experience with multiple client types including Companies, Trusts, and Partnerships.
Preferred qualifications
Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills to identify risks and red flags.
High attention to detail with the ability to spot inconsistencies and quality gaps.
Effective crossteam collaboration and communication with KYC/AML and operations teams.
Proactive and detailoriented approach, driving process improvements, optimization, and enhancements to quality frameworks.
