Role: Business Analyst - General Insurance

Job Description
- Act as a senior liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for ADNIC digital projects
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, functional specifications, and process flows
- Drive requirements for Web and Mobile applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Provide strong domain inputs in General Insurance, with hands-on exposure to Motor and Health Insurance workflows (quotation, underwriting, policy issuance, endorsements, claims)
- Support API driven and integration heavy digital platforms, including coordination with internal and third party systems
- Facilitate workshops, requirement walkthroughs, sprint planning, and backlog grooming sessions
- Support UAT planning, execution, defect triage, and business sign-off
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and governance standards applicable to insurance digital platforms
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to validate customer journeys and usability
- Provide mentoring and guidance to development team, where required
Key Notes:
1.10+ years of overall Business Analysis experience, with at least 34 years in senior BA capacity.
2.Willing to travel Onsite on need basis.
3.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
