Your key responsibilities:
- Taking responsibility to work with the SPR and Kannon team on the in-scope products and working across RFT to harmonize requirements and providing these upstream
- Understanding the products in-scope and understanding how they impact each function
- Collating existing data quality issues and determine if these can be resolved through the delivery of the SPR
- Being involved in complex discussion and ability to simplify these into tangible analysis
- Ability to communicate across a wide range of stakeholders and providing guidance and analysis to enable them to understand impact of the SPR within their function and deliver fit for purpose requirements
- Assessing the current state of data quality within their scope of responsibility, transparently monitoring and reporting on data quality levels to impacted stakeholders and engaging with business and leadership to quantify and articulate the business impact of data quality issues and identify and track remediation plan.
- Creating Use cases, reverse engineering, documenting requirements
- Manage and prioritize backlog of work and ensure value delivery is embedded in Objectives and release content via prioritized features and enablers
- Provide management, leadership, influencing and technical guidance to teams across multiple locations to help analysis and remediation issue and be the senior escalation point for all stakeholders.
Your skills and experience
- Experience in either Risk, Finance or Treasury domain (essential).
- Hands on experience in MS access, MS Excel (Macros, power queries, Lookups, power pivots, data validations), Microsoft SQL, MS Power platforms/Power apps.
- Knowledge on SAS, Python, scripting languages, R language, Alteryx systems (servers/desktops).
- MIS & data visualisation Tableau, Power BI etc.
- Experience in implementation of large-scale automation frameworks, automation strategies and governance frameworks.
- Experience in being part of complex programs with high data flows,
- Knowledge of Investment Banking Products
- Knowledge of the front to back system architecture/processes within an investment bank
