We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with 15-20 years of experience to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive business improvements.

Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
Develop and document detailed business requirements and specifications
Create process maps and workflow diagrams to illustrate business processes
Conduct data analysis to support business decisions and strategy
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals
Assist in the development of project plans and timelines
Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather feedback
Monitor and report on project progress and outcomes
Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau
Strong understanding of business processes and project management methodologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Proficient in creating documentation and presentations
Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations
