Role Description
This full-time on-site role, based in Bhubaneswar, is for a Business Analyst. The Business Analyst will be responsible for assessing business requirements, analyzing processes, and identifying areas for improvement. The daily work includes gathering and interpreting data, documenting business needs, creating reports and presentations, and acting as a key liaison between stakeholders, clients, and teams to ensure that objectives align with business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Analytical Skills and Business Analysis
- Experience in identifying, gathering, and documenting Business Requirements and Business Process design
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate findings and collaborate across teams
- Problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in business, Management, Information Systems, or a related field
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies is a plus
- Experience or knowledge in the technology or consulting industry is an advantage
