Role Overview
As a Business Analyst, you will not just be documenting requirements; you will be translating industry needs into technical reality. You will play a key role in analyzing operational processes, managing feedback loops, and ensuring that our technology effectively solves real-world problems for providers and end-users.
Key Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and the technical development team. You will facilitate meetings, gather feedback, and ensure clear communication flows across all parties.
- Requirement Translation: Convert high-level business goals and user feedback into clear, structured technical specifications, user stories, and functional requirements for the engineering team.
- Process Modeling: Analyze current industry workflows and create detailed process maps and flowcharts to identify areas where our technology can improve efficiency.
- Data & Documentation Management: Maintain comprehensive project documentation. Assist the technical team by identifying, categorizing, and structuring the data required to train and optimize our algorithms.
- Project Coordination: Assist in managing the product backlog, tracking development progress, and organizing sprint cycles to ensure timely delivery of features.
What We Are Looking For
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Candidates with a background in Life Sciences or Healthcare Management with a strong interest in Tech are also encouraged to apply.
- Communication Mastery: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are non-negotiable. You must be able to explain technical concepts to non-technical partners and business concepts to developers.
- Analytical Mindset: A natural curiosity to understand how things work. You should be comfortable breaking down complex problems into logical, manageable steps.
- Tech Savviness: While you do not need to code, you must be comfortable working alongside software engineers. Familiarity with the concepts of SaaS, Cloud Computing (Azure), or AI is a strong advantage.
- Documentation Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with diagramming tools (e.g., Visio) to visualize workflows.
