Inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst for retail operations.
This role is focused on transforming businesses through data, process excellence, and strategic insight. Join our dynamic Retail Team as a Business Analyst, where you%27ll drive impactful changes across industries using strategic, data driven commercial insights that impact on many strategic decisions being taken by our senior leaders. We are looking for candidates with prior experience in performing data analysis and a strong aptitude for generating insight from large datasets. Experience analysing raw datasets in Excel, SQL and Power BI and Salesforce CRM is highly regarded.

Responsibilities
Data Analytics & Reporting
.Use tools like SQL, Tableau, Power BI to analyze operational and market data.
.Study and analyze market trends and identify new opportunities.
.Develop dashboards and reports to support strategic decisions.
.Validate data models and perform scenario analysis for risk and opportunity assessment.
Competitive & Market Analysis
.Conduct SWOT analysis and benchmarking against competitors.
.Monitor competitor strategies, pricing, product offerings, and market positioning.
.Collaborate with strategy teams to identify differentiation opportunities.
.Prepare competitive intelligence reports and present insights to leadership.
Strategic Planning Support
.Assist in validating business models and sales forecasts.
.Support go-to-market strategies and expansion plans using market data.
.Contribute to risk and sensitivity analyses for new initiatives.
Project & Change Management
.Work within Agile/Scrum frameworks to manage sprints and backlogs.
.Support change management efforts including training and documentation.
.Track KPIs and ensure continuous improvement in service delivery.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
.MBA or advanced analytics, Engineering certification preferred.
.Consulting experience is mandatory. Prior Retail/CPG experience is highly desirable.
.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical problem-solving skills.
.Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
.Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
.Proficiency in data analysis and visualization using tools like SQL, Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
.Ability to conduct competitive analysis, including SWOT, benchmarking, and market research.
